The Licensee Review service is designed to review the overall compliance of your business in relation to your license conditions and the general obligations under the Corporation Act, and Credit Act if appropriate. We will review the following areas of your business with the aim of using the legislation a as a guide for best practice.

The license review will cover:

  • Compensation and Insurance Arrangements
  • Financial Product Advisers Disclosure and Conduct
  •  AML Policy

Once this has been completed recommendations will be made in writing about any suggested outcomes and / or issues that need to be addressed. At this time depending on the outcomes of the review a costing for any additional projects would be discussed. The aim of this service is to ensure that we start with all requirements in order.

After this process has been completed a schedule of compliance events for the year will be compiled and signed off by all parties. Compliance Matters will diarise the process for scheduling reminders and meetings / events so that they occur efficiently.
