The Authorised Representative Review service is designed to form an integral and on-going part of your compliance procedures. 

Compliance Matters will formally interview each of the Authorised Representatives and then review three of their client files.  The aim of the reviews is to identify any systemic problems as well as give a guide to whether policy and procedures are being followed by the Authorised Representatives.

  • Review of advice documents.
  •  Clients file maintenance
  • FDS / Opt In Requirements

Reviewing of Professional Indemnity Insurance requirements in line with any changes from ASIC.

At the completion of a compliance review, each Authorised Representatives will be allocated a “risk rating”.

The risk rating result is a combination of compliance with:

  • AFS Licence conditions
  •  Financial Services Laws
  • ASIC Regulatory Guides
  • Your Business Rules
